Philippi Main Street Will Participate In The 2024 “Wv Make It Shine” Statewide Cleanup

Philippi Main Street is asking for volunteers to join in and help with the “WV Make It Shine’s” annual community spring cleanup day. Philippi Main Street’s cleanup will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2024, weather permitting. If needed, information will be posted about an alternate date.

If you would like to volunteer for the event, please meet at The Nook located across from Margarita’s Mexican Restaurant. Volunteers will meet at 9 a.m. and will pick up trash throughout the downtown area, trail, and parks. Garbage bags and gloves will be provided. Also, a light lunch will be provided for those volunteering for the event.
