Philip Barbour High School End Of The Year May Events

The school year is quickly wrapping up and the month of May is filled with many activities for our 2024 graduating seniors.

Prom will be held at the Outpost in Buckhannon on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. with Coronation to take place at 7:30 p.m.

On Sunday, May 5, 2024, the Senior Honor Banquet will take place at Philip Barbour High School at 2 p.m. by invitation only for our honor graduates.

On Friday, May 10, 2024, senior breakfast will be held in the commons area of Philip Barbour High School from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Senior award ceremony will follow immediately after breakfast at 8:30 a.m. in the auditorium. May 10 is also the last day for seniors.

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) will be hosting Bingo on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Philip Barbour High School.

There will be no school on Monday, May 13, or Tuesday, May 14, 2024 for Barbour County students.

Tri-County Graduation will take place on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, and will be held at the Barbour County Fairgrounds at 6 p.m. Senior Baccalaureate ceremony will be held at Battlers Knob at Wilcox Chapel at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2024. On Friday, May 17, 2024, Philip Barbour High School Graduation will take place at the Barbour County Fairgrounds at 7 p.m. Senior Sport Banquet will be held at Battlers Knob on Monday, May 20, 2024, at 6 p.m. RSVP by May 6, 2024.
