Belington artist Kylie Proudfoot-Payne is teaching a class on the art of Ukrainian Egg Dyeing, known as Pysanky, at the Golden Rule on Sunday, February 11 from 1-3:30 p.m.

Pysanky is a traditional art form from Ukraine that uses multiple layers of dye along with a wax-resist to create richly colored eggs covered in traditional patterns and designs.

The 2.5 hour class cost covers instruction, all materials, and will raise money to support projects of the Belington Revitalization Committee. Class size is limited in order to provide adequate instruction so early registration is recommended. Payment is required to reserve a space.

To register, email thegoldenrulewv@gmail.com, call 304-614-6544, or contact the Belington Bakery through Facebook or Instagram.
