Easter Bunny At The Philippi Public Library

With Easter just around the corner, the Easter Bunny plans to make a trip to the Philippi Public Library for photos with children and to give out a prize!

The bunny will be at the library on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (with some breaks in between) for accompanying adults to take pictures of the bunny with their children. Upon arriving at the library, each family will receive a number indicating the order of meeting the bunny and getting pictures. The library employees will not be taking pictures, so be sure to bring your own phone or camera. The children will be kept busy with some crafts, word search, maze, and other fun and educational bunny themed items.

While you are at the library, be sure to register your preschool children for the library’’s Preschool Story Hour on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m., the Dolly Parton Imagination Library for free books for preschool children, and 1000 Books Before Kindergarten for free books and prizes for preschool children. Also, sign up for your library card. Children must be at least four years old to receive a card and the library requires that an adult have a child and be linked to the child’’s card.
