ATV Races To Be Held At The County Fair

Barbour County Fair and the Motorsports Committee announced one of the major parts of the Fair, the ATV Drag Races. The two events will be August 29 and August 30, 2024.

Last year, The Motorsports Committee worked hard and upgraded the racing lights to a new pro tree. Key features includes new LED tree, top of the line sensors, and time slip printer. Printer gives overall time to finish, and reaction time. Changes have been to classes adding more to make racing better for everyone. Youth racing will take place on Thursday, August 29, and adult racing on Friday, August 30. Registration starts at 5 p.m. and racing at 7 p.m. both nights. An additional race will take place on September 28.

Chills might multiply and control could be lost cause the power being supplied by the racing environment will be electrifying. “You are the ones that we want, ooh, ooh, ooh, Honey,” so come on out to the 2024 Barbour County Fair.
